Kitbashed, Repainted, Customized Transformers Movie 07 Optimus Prime
This was an example of really advanced, ground-breaking toy engineering when it was released, although compared to the figure released two years later it's rather poor. I still like the toy and am glad I spent such a long time painting him. I wanted the grey metallic parts to look as bright as possible so I used an undercoat of medium silver then dry-brushed lighter silvers over the top.
