Learning Music Theory Is Easy

Learning and understanding the theory of music is easy. If you've tried and failed before it's simply because the facts were lined up in the wrong order. Mike M.Mus., BA(Hons) has a logical and progressive approach to teaching music theory so that each new idea is an extension of the previous one.

Mike will teach you at a pace that works for you, introducing new concepts as you gain confidence and testing your knowledge in different ways to ensure you fully understand what has been covered.

Learn Music Theory From Home

Lessons are better face-to-face but if you live too far away or have mobility problems we can conduct music theory lessons via webcam. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer.

Duration: 30 minutes is normally a sufficient length although longer lessons can be arranged.

Location: Mike's house in Prioress Road, Canterbury, Kent, near Canterbury High School and Harbledown.

Price: £25 per 30 minutes.
45 minute (£37.50) & 60 minute (£50) lessons can be arranged.
